Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge at any point before the payout is released to our partner. After that the money is with the receiving institution and a recall is not guaranteed. Cancelled transfers are refunded to the original payment method, normally within three working days.

Complaints

Email info@swiftxs.com with your transfer reference. A regulated firm must acknowledge promptly and give a final response within eight weeks, after which you may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
